Adaptive Connections was founded by a team of financial services and technology veterans who saw firsthand the challenges that community banks, credit unions, and fintechs face when trying to modernize their technology infrastructure.
Traditional middleware solutions were built for a different era—they’re fragile, expensive, and can’t keep pace with the rapid innovation happening in financial services. Charles Colt has spent over three decades in enterprise IT, with deep specialization in financial services, banking core and fintech integration built through leadership of major automation and integration initiatives. He has led successful integration projects for several banks, credit unions, and fintechs.
Pam Kaur
Partner, GTM and Partnerships
Pam Kaur has held senior fintech leadership roles including Head of Bank Technology, Head of Platform, and Fintech Contributor, working at the intersection of banks, venture investing, and technology innovation. She also co-founded Tech Sis, a community dedicated to empowering women in technology, venture capital, and finance through mentorship, networking, and knowledge-sharing, aiming to close the gender gap in those industries.
